You must officially register a domain and Internet address before you create it in the Plesk. Plesk 6.0 allows you to access the domain registration facilities provided through My.Plesk.com. To do that, click the REGISTER button correspondingly. You will be taken to the MPC (My.Plesk.com) interface.
